MEMBERS ANNUAL FUNDRAISING DINNER AND SHOT SHOW WEEKEND 23/24 June 2018 - SYDNEY

Our next Fundraising Dinner will be held on Saturday night 23rd June, over the weekend of the 23/24th June at the SSAA Shot Show, to be held at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, in SYDNEY.  Note: There is a train station at Rosehill Gardens for those members who wish to travel by train.

SCI DU will have our Booth at this Show. We had the same arrangements at the Brisbane SSAA Shot Show in August 2017 which was very successful.

We have reserved rooms at Rydges Parramatta, Sydney – 116-118 James Ruse Drive, Rosehill NSW(02- 8863 7600) which is across the road from the Shot Show venue.

We will have a friendly Friday night get-together at the Hotel. On Saturday attend the SSAA Shot Show adjacent to the Hotel, followed by our Saturday night Dinner and Auctions.

If you are thinking of attending, or will be attending, I suggest you book your rooms now. You only need a credit card to reserve the room, and if you can't attend you can always cancel it a few days before. Don't leave it to the last minute and find the Hotel is booked out, as they have a big attendance at the Shot Show.

When booking your room, please advise reception that you are an "SCI member" and ask for our special rates - ($219 Double or twin – no breakfast).

The Dinner will be open to members and their guests, as they have a 300 seat Dining room.

Auctions are not yet complete. As soon as they are, probably late April, we will be sending them out to members by email. We have donations from Australia, Africa, New Zealand and Spain at this time.

We would like to complete our Hunters Tracks Magazine for the Shot Show in June.
